Limbo ha sido finalmente traspuesto para despues del verano. Tenemos ya preparadas ciertas localizacioes y estamos trabajando para construir elementos que se necesitan para la puesta en escena. El storyboard esta en camino, asi como un inventario para hacer el rodaje sin problemas.

Mientras tanto he estado preparando cosas para el proyecto sin titulo (o Back-up), una historia de un cyborg. La historia ya esta creada, pero necesita todavia un guion adecuado y una vez hecho creo que rodare dicho corto cuanto antes dado que es muy facil de rodar. Ademas, el corto me dara muchas posibilidades de explorar efectos especiales que podre utilizar en futuros proyectos, especialmente para Limbo y otras colaboraciones con mis amigos. Por cierto, quien quiere actuar o ayudar con el rodaje? prometo que sera divertido!

Del resto... ni idea, pero estoy muy contento estando rodeado de gente con mogollon de proyectos y pasion en el cine como yo. Me gustaria mantener este ritmo desde ahora y hacer mas cosas, este verano tiene que ser genial asi como de septiembre en adelante.

Limbo has been finally postponed for production in September. We have already prepared most of the location anyway and we are still working on construction of some elements needed for the mise-en-scene. Storyboard is on the way as well and we are preparing a good inventary to do a smooth shooting.



On the meantime I went to prepare things for that untitled project or Back-up, a cyborg story. The story has been already done, it just need a proper script and I think I will go to shoot that as soon as possible as it is very easy to do. Moreover, the short film would give me possibilities to explore special effects I could use for future projects, specially for Limbo and some other collaborations with my friends. By the way, anyone voluteering to act or help with the shooting of Back-up? I promise it will be fun!

As for the rest... dunno but I am really happy to be surrounded by people with lot of projects and passion on cinema as I do. I would like to keep in this pace and do more, this summer has to be great and from september onwards as well.

Bueno, pues parece que el proyecto se mueve otra vez..., desde que terminé el guión me he reunido con Peter de Bont (responsable de la historia) quien me dio su punto de vista sobre la adaptación. Nos vamos a reunir todo el posible equipo de rodaje esta tarde-noche para discutir elementos de producción; tenemos muchos elementos difíciles de planificar en estos momentos, como por ejemplo construir un ataúd, conseguir un coche fúnebre (o algo similar)... si, es un guión difícil pero... creo que hay muchas posibilidades todavía, y no hay necesidad de ir utilizando elementos de verdad para recrear algo real y serio... seguramente lo discutamos esta tarde.

Y tras esta reunión ya estoy pensando en empezar el rodaje probablemente la próxima semana; el único inconveniente es que tenemos, al menos, que encontrar a 4 de los protagonistas antes de embarcarnos en la aventura. He empezado algo de storyboard que creo ayudará a agilizar el proceso dado que solo tenemos un mes para rodar... y una agenda un poco apretada dado que tengo que trabajar un poco más (estoy un poco pelado en estos momentos... mier...), supongo que es cosa de planificarse bien, pero si en una semana no veo avances... no se si posponer todo esto para después del verano (crucemos los dedos)

Lo que sí se es que no hay casi nadie leyendo este blog, pero me gusta escribir cosas... si alguna vez lo lees deja algunos comentarios, que me emociono.

Well, it seems like the project is moving again..., since I finished the script I had already one meeting with Peter de Bont (responsible for the story) who gave me his point of view in regards of the adaptation. We are meeting all the possible crew this evening to discuss elements of production; we have a lot of difficult things to plan at the moment, as to build a coffin, get a hearse (or something similar)... yeah, its a difficult script but... I see a lot of possibilities yet, and there is no need to be using real stuff to make it look real and serious... we´ll discuss tonight.

Well, and with this meeting I am planning to start shooting probably next week, the only element is that we have, at least, to find the 4 main characters before we start the adventure. I have already started some storyboard which will help to speed up the process as we only have one month to shoot... and quite tight squedule as I have to work a bit more (I am a bit skined at the moment... jess...)... is a matter of planning I guess, but If in 1 week I dont see progres... I dont know if to post-pone it for after summer... (fingers crossed).

I know yet there is almost no one reading this blog but I still like to write stuff... if you read leave some comments, I get quite excited! (not sexually :P)
