BACK-UP: by the moment

A cybernetic plot is on its way. Maybe 5-10 min short... this ideas has been developing for the last weeks. I was sparked by Irena's idea to make a funny short about people having a conversation over mechanical chairs... quite weird I know, but as I was watching this last week Ghost in the Shell and Ghost in the Shell II: Innocence I really wanted to wake up a bit more all of those philosophical ideas I have been writing about in a module regardin the human identity.

As I might love to complicate it all, all the people that know now about the plot idea I had to be may think I went mad... but I am really supporting it. I think it could make a nice funny (as I am focusing in comedy, yes, I forgot to comment that with this short I am taking the oportunity to explore the comedy genre, the identity, and the science fiction to practice tricks with editing and mise-en-scene... moreover, I want to trick story twists by beholding information to the public as a filmmaker and create complexer texts thanks to the uses of beings that not necesarily need to be acting with the voice... I think is an intersting challenge)

Moreover, characters start to have a complex identity... as I am willing to make questions about social estereotypes with some of them... we'll see. The provitional title, Back-up, is regarding something that happens on the computers... you are able to save some information to some point in case you want to recover something you've lost but it might happen that some info you entered was not covered on that back up...

Anyway, I don't want to go much much further as I might loose focus on Limbo wich is going a bit slower than I thought as the adaptation is taking me long (I was plannning to have it ready by the end of february, and at this date I think it wont be earlier than mid-march). Moreover, I have to be carefull with Univ.

ciao darklings!
